How to order prescription items?
Submission
Drop in, email or upload a photo of your script onto our prescription order page on our website. We still need the original script. Please post or drop it off to us
when your order is completed.
Quote
A Pharmacist will review your script and contact you with the prescription quote. This may take up to 1-2 business days.
Payment
If you are satisfied with the quote, please pay for your order. Payment can made over the phone or in-store. We require payment before we start as every item is custom-made personally for you.
Processing
Once payment has been received, the Pharmacist will process the item in the lab - this may take 2-3 business days.
Completion
You will receive an email or SMS to let you know that your order is ready for collection. If you have selected shipping, please allow an additional 1-3 days - we do ship via Express Post.
